Jori Hardman was drawn immediately to the people at Aumni. His previous experience as a co-founder of a tech startup in the IoT space helped him understand the importance of a high-trust engineering culture. “I met the founders and engineering leaders at Aumni early on and knew that how they empowered people would lead to great outcomes,” he recalls.

Believing that empathy is one of the most important skills for success, Jori aims to work every day to create “a positive, high-trust culture that enables flexible outcomes that scale with the business."
